At North Liverpool Academy we recognise that the personal development of pupils, spiritually, morally, socially and culturally plays a significant part in their ability to learn and achieve.
We therefore aim to provide an education that provides children with opportunities to explore and develop their own values and beliefs, spiritual awareness, high standards of personal behaviour, a positive caring attitude towards other people, an understanding of their social and cultural traditions and an appreciation of the diversity and richness of other cultures.
The i-lead programme brings together our enterprise ethos, personal health social education (PHSE), spiritual, moral, social and cultural (SMSC), social and emotional aspects of learning (SEAL) and careers information and guidance (CIAG) into one programme to prepare students to graduate from North Liverpool Academy as young independent adults secure in their place in the world, knowing themselves and their ambitions for the future and how to achieve them.
The programme is delivered through multiple channels including house ethos, assembly programme, rewards programme, form time, enrichment days, external trips and enrichment after school.
