Food & Nutrition

Introduction

At the North Liverpool Academy we are proud recipients of the Healthy Schools Award. This is awarded to schools who have a commitment to identifying and improving the health and well-being outcomes for all pupils.
The Academy encourages pupils to think diversely about food, and by celebrating various Country’s national days, is able to give them tasters of different cultures and continents.

Healthy eating habits

We hope to help our children develop healthy eating habits including enjoying variety in their food and making healthy choices. This poster gives good guidelines on what selections the children are encouraged to make when eating at the Academy school food plan.

Special dietary requirements

If students have any special dietary requirements, the school will accommodate wherever possible. Please do not hesitate to let the school know if you have any special requirements.
