We have changing the electronic payment system from WisePay to GroupCall Xpressions. The current system, WisePay will no longer allow you to pay money on to your child’s payment card. In order to access the new system you will need to download an App or visit www.parents.groupcall.com.
The new system includes a communication centre which will be used to send messages to you without the cost of a text to the school.
What do I need to do now?
Please download the GroupCall Xpressions App from the App Store/iTunes. The App uses the email address and mobile number that you supplied to the school as your contact details. You’ll need to make sure you keep these details up to date in future to maintain access to the service. Alternatively, you can visit www.parents.groupcall.com and follow the instructions on how to set up the App on your devices.
What Happens next?
Once installed and set up you will be able to see the following information;
- All school communication in one place
- Time line of school communication that can be filtered by child/reason
- Can respond to the school’s open messages free of charge
- Payment Portal for online payments for trips, offers or other items for sale
What about my balances?
Rest assure that there are no changes to the actual payment card system and so any money on the account will still be there. The change is only to the way money is collected and transferred to the school.
