A group of North Liverpool Academy students were recently entered into a Maths Challenge ran by the University of Liverpool. Students had to answer a series of eight difficult questions which would only be marked if the students presented their workings out and answers in some format other than the question paper itself.
Congratulations to Chloe who scored the highest in NLA’s Senior Challenge (Year 9 & 10) and was invited to the Awards Ceremony at Liverpool University last week. The competition was entered by over 1000 students but only 96 were invited back to the awards ceremony.
Chloe received a Certificate of Merit for her effort in the challenge!
