Year 10 Students Awarded by Jamie Carragher

Year 10 students from North Liverpool Academy have been presented certificates by former Liverpool FC player Jamie Carragher, having completed the STAR programme in conjunction with Young Addaction.

Addaction is one of the UK’s leading mental health charities; providing friendly and expert advice on drugs and alcohol for young people aged 10 to 17.

Working with Sharon Kirkpatrick from the organisation, the Year 10 students participated in the programme throughout the academic year, showing real willingness and enthusiasm along the way.

“The students have enjoyed the programme and gained valuable knowledge which will be beneficial to them both now and in the future”.

“It was a great pleasure and delight for the Year 10 students to receive their certificates from completing the STAR programme from LFC legend Jamie Carragher”.
