At North Liverpool Academy we use E-Prais  online to reward students for applying the GEMs in their outstanding work and contribution to the NLA community.  E-Praise is designed to do three things; motivate students, engage parents and allow teachers to reward excellent work and voluntary contribution to the school day.

Students at North Liverpool Academy are awarded 1 point within lessons by teachers if they have demonstrated above and beyond our Basic 8 expectations and produced a fantastic piece of work which is represented in our school GEMs. Another way we reward points is for any students who volunteer to help out or be involved in our community evenings, they are rewarded 5 each for this contribution.

If students meet a milestone they will be reward by their house manager in their house assemblies that week with an E-Praise certificate.

Students can also use their points to buy from the E-Praise shop online. Some of the prizes include:

• Stationery
• Cinema Tickets
• Football Stadium Tours
• Nando’s vouchers
• PlayStation cards
• High Street Clothing vouchers.
