Remember to list North Liverpool Academy as your first choice.

It is a requirement of our Admissions Policy that all children must sit our assessment test. This is not a pass or fail test, if we are over-subscribed, the children who have sat the assessment test are ranked first for a place at the school.

Appeals – September 2024 Entry

Parents/Carers may submit an appeal if their Year 7 child’s application is unsuccessful.  The appeals should be on the Appeal Form and should be submitted by 29^th March 2024. Parents/Carers will be provided with 10 days’ notice of an appeal hearing and this will be held by 14^th June 2024. If an appeal is lodged after the 29^th March 2024, the hearing will take place within 30 school days of the date on which it was lodged.

Appeal hearings will be heard by an independent panel and their decision is final and binding for the parents/carers and the school.

For applications for other year groups, appeals may be lodged on the appeal form, parents will be informed 10 days prior to the hearing and it will be held within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.

Sixth form appeals, where the offer of a place would have been conditional upon exam results, will be heard within 30 school days of the confirmation of the results.
