Obtaining a second language qualification showcases valuable skills and traits highly desired by both universities and employers, making it a considerable advantage in university applications.

Results 2023/24

Our English as an Additional Language (EAL) cohort had a 100% Pass Rate at A level. These qualifications were applied to the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and Urdu.

We offer support in over 20 languages, contact Mrs Morris or Miss Yorke in the Languages Department, for the full list of languages available at A Level.

 

Support Available to Our Students

We recruit external tutors to provide our students with the best support in all the languages available at North Liverpool Academy. From a selection of lecturers at the University of Liverpool to specialist teachers from other institutions, such as The Blue Coat School, we source the best tutors in the city to support our students achieving the best grades in their language of choice.
